Once you hit that then go crazy doing Thrallmar quests and that should be able to get you enough Thrallmar reputation to get you through Honored to Revered. That would be the most ideal way of doing it but I know that most of you reading this right now has already probably done as many quests in Thrallmar as possible to gain reputation. For you, there are a couple of ways you can go about.

Since many people grind the mobs around Black Temple for the Shattered Sun daily, I just rode in and killed him. Even if the area is teaming with mobs, just unequip your gear, ride as far as you can and then die near the quest NPC on the small hill by the forge.
Once you rez and kill the npc, you can then do the turn-in and only the final part killing a fel reaver is needed. That can be easily soloed by waiting near the camp outside the east end of Thrallmar with the group of elite NPCs. Wait for a fel Reaver to pat nearby, and then just run him into the NPCs.
Yeah you may die, but you do NOT need kill credit. Just damage the Fel Reaver as he is being killed, then use the corpse when it dies. The Shattered Halls key chain is worth rep, so you would need rep from the PvP daily, rep a day, means 6 days. The key here is that all of this can be done without setting foot in Shattered Halls. Comment by anathor A bit more info for lvl 80s who would want to raise this rep to exalted since it's part of quite a few achievements. I started this roughly 3. Once you are revered Ramparts norm and Blood Furnace norm won't be giving you reputation any longer.
You will have to go either to heroic versions, or Shattered Halls norm. I have found the latter to be the easiest way. There are nice, big pulls conveniently placed for LoS pulls since it was the only way to do this instance as a fresh lvl 70 in the first place. I did it as a moonkin and it was surprisingly easy, the mobs don't hit too hard way less than in heroic Ramparts for example. Damage can be tricky since quite a few mobs in there have interrupts, which prevents hurricane or can lock you out of Wrath spam.
The trick is to use Starfall, which has been buffed recently and will clear a whole pack of these mobs in a matter of seconds. Glyph for Starfall and you have a nuke on a 1-minute CD. I cleared everything until the gate to first boss didn't care to do the tunnel , all mobs are worth 12 rep except the fel orcs non-elites worth 2 rep.
All in all it's roughly rep for clearing all the trash until 1st boss, which isn't too bad for pressing the Starfall button 10 times : Lather, rinse, repeat Comment by If you are level 80 and want a fast and very cheap way to hit Thrallmar exalted Go to Heroic Ramparts, clear everything up to the last boss. Kill the two sentinels, then kill the orc that gets off of the dragon and you'll get rep for killing him.
Instead of killing the dragon, run out of the instance to reset it, go back and kill the orc for rep until you are exalted Comment by tobindax It's not that fast. But it makes a good faceroll session. No need to pay that much attention to the game to repeat it blindly.
