It is the only fish with a gizzard and is said to possess mystical properties. Known as baitfish on the east coast and a local delicacy here. It's like a big flash mob on the beach where a fish throwing event breaks out. A Mullet Toss consists of individuals on the beach throwing a mullet, from a foot circle in Florida across the state line into Alabama. Not to mention a great excuse to throw a weekend long party, with lots of fun activities, great music and food!
Because anyone with a haircut like that deserves to be tossed. Just kidding, we heart mullets of all kinds. CDAC which offers programs, community support and collaboration to address drug and alcohol abuse, tobacco, mental health issues and violence both in the home and on our streets.

No stepping out of circle during your throw and you must follow through or you will be disqualified. Parking will be extremely limited.
